1) Quiet Hours After 11pm
2) No parties (we employ security cameras (outside cameras only) and noise monitoring devices to protect our property against parties, theft, etc).
3) Minimum age of person renting = 25 Years Old (Guests of the renter may be under 25). Person renting must be staying at the property at all times.
4) All guests must be listed on the reservation (no extra guests)
5) No smoking inside or on the property. 6.) No pets/animals.

This Home: New paint, lighting fixtures, beds, decor, etc. Book this designer boutique beach retreat now, as it books out quickly! Located in Surfside Beach, SC (famously known as "The Family Beach").

A pool is great. A heated pool is even better. A heated and COOLED pool is the BEST! When it's 95 degrees in the heat of the summer, why swim in hot bathwater in an un-cooled pool? Get simply the perfect feeling pool all year round as our pool always stay that ideal temp! AND we don't charge to heat or cool our pool, like many other rentals do. Get 85 degree water in the middle of winter!!! Pool also boosts a jaccuzi jet system to relieve your aches and pains and truly melt away your stress. This home boasts a large family gathering area and porch overlooking your private pool, restaurants that are steps away and ocean views.

Our home is professionally decorated and styled with you in mind. The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, covered porch, and a heated/cooled salt water pool.

Bedrooms consist of:
Master Bedroom: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds that are full size over full size. (4 full size beds altogether)
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds
Bedroom 5: Queen Bed (located on the main floor)

We provide everything you could need! Bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, beach wagon, toys, pool floats and more! The only thing we DO NOT provide is beach towels, so make sure you pack your own!

A short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Shopping Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and more! Visit Brookgreen Gardens just minutes away in Murrells Inlet to view one of the world's largest collections of sculptures by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. A little further south is Pawley's Island, home of famous Rope Hammocks stores, followed by the gorgeous waterfront of Georgetown. No trip here is complete with eating at one of the many many waterfront restaurants at the Murrels Inlet Marshwalk (A quaint picturesque waterfront boardwalk that stretches over half a mile along the waterway and estuary and is lined with lively eateries offering nightly live music). Don't forget Hunington State Park, which is right next door. There, you can catch real live alligators in their natural habitat as you stroll along endless wooden walkways (don't worry; walkways are raised up and have railings to the gators can't get too close to you). Wild Water and Wheels is right down the street and provides the thrills of a full size water park and go carts.

We could go on and on, but just know, you will never run out of things to do in this amazing area!

The person renting Down by the C must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. No smoking is allowed.

Additional notes
We do provide all clean linens/bath towels, blankets, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, and more! The only thing we don't provide is beach towels. So feel free to bring your own!
